upcoming event: Plays By Young Writers, 'Theatre Arts', date: 2-10 April 2011, at the Lyceum Theatre, Horton Plaza. Playwright Project's 26th annual Plays by Young Writers festival of winning scripts of the California Young Playwrights Contest. Selected from 294 submissions, the work of four artists as young as ages 11 and 18 will be produced as two full productions and two readings in addition to the premiere of the professional-commissioned play entitled "Switch."
